  • Q1: How do I pay for my hired limo?
    Once you have made your booking, you can make your payment by bank transfer to the following accounts.

    UOB SAVINGS: 369-393-609-6

  • Q2: How far in advance can I book my limo?
    There is no limit to how far in advance you can book your limo.

  • Q3: Are the prices base on the number of passengers or the number of vehicles?
    The prices are base on the number of vehicles and the location of the destination. Please kindly refer to our pricelist here.

  • Q4: Can I revise my travel schedule after making the booking?
    Minimum 7 days advance notice to revise your reservation, also subject to driver availability.

  • Q5: Do you provide baby seats?
    We provide baby seats at $10 per trip.

  • Q6: Can I cancel my booking?
    100% refund cancellation 7 days before service date. No refund will be provided for cancellation less than 7 days notification before service start.

  • Q7: What is the minimum hour for disposal service
    We charge a minimum 3 hours disposal service for both Singapore / Malaysia.

  • Q8: What if driver reached and I am not ready? (Applicable to transfer services only)
    The waiting time shall be limited to 15 minutes, and is subjected to SGD15 additional charges every hours.

  • Q9: I need driver to be able speak chinese / malay is that possible?
    Yes all our drivers are professionally trained majority our drivers able to speak 3 language, English, Chinese & Malay kindly indicate your preferred language speaking driver for us to make the necessary arrangement.
